The Green Clean Cleaning Service Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

Scope of Work: Green Clean agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined in the service estimate or booking confirmation. This includes cleaning tasks, frequency of service, and specific areas to be cleaned.Client Responsibility: The client agrees to provide access to the premises on the scheduled cleaning day and time. This includes providing access to water, electricity, and any necessary cleaning supplies or equipment not included in Green Clean's standard service.Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for cleaning services as outlined in the service estimate or booking confirmation. Payment is due on the day of service or according to any other agreed-upon payment terms.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Client Cancellation: The client may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Green Clean Cancellation: Green Clean reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, illness, or staffing issues. In such cases, Green Clean will make every effort to provide reasonable notice and reschedule the appointment as soon as possible.

3. Liability and Insurance

Limited Liability: Green Clean's liability for any damage or loss is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. Green Clean is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear in the client's premises.

Insurance: Green Clean maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage to protect against any damage or injury that may occur during the provision of cleaning services.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Green Clean is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, they must notify Green Clean within 24 hours of the service completion. Green Clean will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

5. Other Terms

Modifications: Green Clean reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any modifications will be posted on the Green Clean website and will be effective immediately upon posting.Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Green Clean operates.Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Green Clean and the client and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements, whether oral or written.

By using Green Clean's services, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.
